一、石(shi)灰石(shi)—石(shi)膏法(fa)脫硫(liu)工(gong)藝簡介(jie):
石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)-石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏法是以石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為脫硫(liu)(liu)(liu)劑,加水后制成石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)漿(jiang)(jiang)液,在吸收收塔中(zhong)與煙氣(qi)(qi)充分接(jie)觸,煙氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的二氧(yang)化硫(liu)(liu)(liu)與漿(jiang)(jiang)液中(zhong)的石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)進行化學(xue)反應(ying),反應(ying)產物為亞硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)鈣(gai)(gai)、經(jing)氧(yang)化曝氣(qi)(qi)形(xing)(xing)成副產物硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)鈣(gai)(gai)(石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏),形(xing)(xing)成亞硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)鈣(gai)(gai)和硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)鈣(gai)(gai)溶液。采用強制氧(yang)化工藝,反應(ying)產物為硫(liu)(liu)(liu)酸(suan)鈣(gai)(gai)溶液,經(jing)脫水干燥后形(xing)(xing)成石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏。
二、化學原理:
在吸(xi)收塔中主要的化學反(fan)應(ying)有:
CaCO3+SO2=CaSO3+CO2
CaSO3+O2+2H2O=2CaSO4·2H2O
三、系統組成:
整個脫硫工藝系(xi)統(tong)(tong)由煙氣系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、SO2吸收系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、石灰石漿(jiang)液(ye)制(zhi)備(bei)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、石膏排漿(jiang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、漿(jiang)液(ye)排空系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、廢水處(chu)理系(xi)統(tong)(tong)等組成。
